This Rugby 1 Boil-and-Bite Mouthguard shows a rugby player on the charge, ball in hand, under a blue sky, with a defender on his heels.
Once moulded correctly, it holds in place during runs and makes breathing easier after bursts of speed in rugby. Its EVA absorbs the impacts of tackles, rucks and going to ground. Cleaned after the match, this boil-and-bite model stays durable and can be remoulded if needed.

The boil-and-bite (thermoformable) mouthguard is a practical solution for athletes who want affordable protection that is quick to prepare and suited to training as well as competition.

4. Check the fit
Once it has cooled, check that it stays in place without pain. Only repeat the process if the instructions allow it to be remoulded.
