A custom-fit mouthguard is made from your dental impression. It offers a more precise fit, more comfort and better stability in the mouth. A boil-and-bite mouthguard is moulded at home in hot water: it's a quicker, more affordable and practical solution for beginners.
Which mouthguard should you choose for boxing, MMA or rugby?
For regular practice, combat sports or competition, a custom-fit mouthguard is recommended for its fit and comfort. For beginners, occasional training or simple protection, a boil-and-bite mouthguard is a good option.
