This policy describes PROTEKSPORTS’s delivery areas, rates and shipping times. It supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Delivery areas
We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands. We do not deliver to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) for the moment.
Rates
Tracked delivery: €4.90. Free on orders from €39, for all the destinations above.
Delivery times
The times below are estimates in working days.
- Dental impression kit, accessories and Classic boil-and-bite: 24–48 h
- Printed or personalised boil-and-bite: 48–72 h
- Custom-fit: the kit is sent first; making the mouthguard takes 5–10 days after your impression is approved
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail when your order ships.
Receipt and risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel, not when it is handed over to the carrier.
Parcel not received
Check the tracking. If the delivery time has passed, write to contact@proteksports.fr with your order number: we will open an investigation with the carrier.
