At Proteksports, we equip clubs in two ways, depending on budget and the level of protection required. Custom-fit is our premium protection: each mouthguard is made from the player’s dental impression, on quotation. The boil-and-bite mouthguard with the club logo (thermoformable, moulded at home in hot water) is ordered online, with volume pricing from 10 pieces. Either way, the club showcases its identity with its logo, official colours and players’ names.

Custom-fit: premium protection, on quotation
- The club contacts us. You tell us the sport played, your town, the number of interested players and the type of personalisation you want.
- We prepare the offer. We put together a suitable proposal based on the number of players, the model chosen and the organisation you want.
- Dental impressions. On request, an impression-taking session can be organised to make the team order easier.
- Custom-fit manufacturing. Each mouthguard is made from the player’s impression and personalised according to the approved choices.
Boil-and-bite with the club logo: order online
The Personalised Boil-and-Bite Mouthguard is one of the most advanced boil-and-bite gum shields available. It is made of EVA plastic, the same material as our custom-fit mouthguards. Its thickness and shape are designed to suit the widest range of anatomies, and it can be remoulded several times if the first moulding is not perfect.
You create a single design with the club’s logo or name, choose the quantity and pay by card, with no quote needed. Clubs use it in three ways:
- In the club shop: you resell it to your members at the price you set.
- In the welcome pack: it is given free with the membership at the start of the season.
- To equip a group: a team, a section or a training camp, from age 11.
The unit price goes down with quantity:
- From 1 to 9 pieces: €39.90 each
- From 10 pieces: €34.90 each
- From 20 pieces: €31.90 each
- From 30 pieces: €29.90 each
The club price is applied automatically in the basket, based on the total number of personalised boil-and-bite mouthguards ordered. From 10 pieces, delivery takes 7 to 10 days. Each player then moulds their mouthguard at home, in hot water. For more than 50 pieces of the same design, use the quote form below.

For the boil-and-bite mouthguard with the club logo, delivery takes 7–10 days from 10 pieces. For custom-fit, the lead time depends on the number of players, impression approval and the level of personalisation: you'll be given an estimate with your quote.
Can a club order personalised boil-and-bite mouthguards online?
Yes. The personalised boil-and-bite mouthguard with the club logo can be ordered directly on the site, up to 50 pieces per design, with a unit price that drops from 10 pieces. Payment is by card.
Can the club price be combined with a promo code?
No. Promo codes don't apply to mouthguards already at the club price. They remain valid on the other items in your basket.
Is it suitable for rugby clubs?
