Before you order
The scan we need
- The complete upper arch, right up to the last molars on each side.
- The gums well beyond the necks of the teeth, on both the cheek side and the palate side.
- An STL, PLY or OBJ file, the export format of 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit or Primescan scanners.
- 100 MB maximum per file: a single arch is enough, and so is a single file.
An incomplete scan does not go into production. We check every file on receipt and ask you to send it again if the gum or the back molars are missing.

Made in France
The model of your arch is 3D-printed in our laboratory, then the mouthguard is thermoformed over it in EVA, in the colour and thickness you chose.
5–10 working days
After the scan is approved, then shipped by tracked delivery to your practice. The invoice is issued after shipping and is paid by bank transfer.
Confidential scans
Give a patient reference rather than their name. The files are used solely for manufacturing and are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Details are in our privacy policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. The professional area is free and reserved for dentists and orthodontists. You create your access in two minutes, then order and track your orders from the same area.
How is my access approved?
We check the practice details and your RPPS or ADELI number, then you receive an invitation e-mail to choose your password. This link remains valid for 7 days.
Do both arches need to be scanned?
No. The mouthguard is worn on the upper arch: only a scan of that arch is needed. However, the scan must cover the whole arch, teeth and gums.
What happens if the scan cannot be used?
We check every scan before manufacturing. If it is incomplete or unreadable, you receive an e-mail explaining why, with a link to upload a new file: nothing is made from a doubtful scan.
How does payment work?
No online payment. The invoice is issued after the mouthguard has been shipped and is paid by bank transfer. Professional prices are shown in your account area.
Can a patient undergoing orthodontic treatment wear a custom-fit mouthguard?
A custom-fit mouthguard is not recommended during active orthodontic treatment: the teeth are moving and the mouthguard quickly stops fitting. You remain the judge of the right moment; mention your situation in your order.
How long do you keep the files?
Scan files are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, whether or not the order is complete. They are used only to make it.
