Returns
Can I get a refund?
A custom-fit product cannot be refunded under the right of withdrawal: it is made from your impression. Mouthguards printed to order (design, text, logo, flag or collection pattern) are not refundable either.
The plain Classic boil-and-bite mouthguard and accessories that are still sealed can be returned within 14 days, at your expense. An item that has been unsealed, moulded or worn cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.
A manufacturing defect, a laboratory error or a damaged parcel is still covered. See the returns policy.
Custom-Fit Mouthguards
1. What is a custom-fit mouthguard?
A custom-fit mouthguard is made from an impression to give an individual fit during sport. It does not replace a bruxism splint or a therapeutic device prescribed by a healthcare professional.
2. How does ordering a custom-fit mouthguard work?
You place your order on our website and we send you a dental impression kit to use at home. You take your impression easily by following the instructions, then send it back to us.
As soon as we receive it, our laboratory makes your custom-fit mouthguard and ships it to you within a few days.
3. How long between placing my order and receiving my mouthguard?
Allow 24–48 h to receive your dental impression kit, then 5–10 working days after your impression is validated for the mouthguard to be made and shipped.
4. How long can I keep my custom-fit mouthguard?
There is no universal lifespan. Replace the mouthguard if it is split, thinned, deformed, has become too loose or no longer fits your teeth. For children and teenagers, growth means more frequent checks are needed.
5. Can I wear a custom-fit mouthguard if I have braces?
👉 No, wearing a custom-fit mouthguard with braces is not recommended.
As every brace is unique and changes over time, the moulding could get in the way of or damage the brackets.
In this case, it is important to ask your orthodontist or dentist for advice before wearing any mouthguard.
6. From what age can you have a custom-fit mouthguard made?
From age 7 to 8.
However, as children grow and their teeth change, it is often necessary to remake the mouthguard regularly so that it stays well fitted and effective.
7. How do I care for my custom-fit mouthguard?
Rinse it in cold water after each use.
Brush it gently with a soft brush and a mild toothpaste.
Let it air-dry and store it in its ventilated case.
⚠️ Avoid any source of heat (hot water, sunlight, radiator), as this could warp it.
8. What should I do if I lose my mouthguard?
We generally keep your dental impressions for a certain time.
This lets us quickly make a new mouthguard without you having to take a new impression. Contact us to find out whether your impression is still available.
9. Can I personalise my custom-fit mouthguard (colour, logo, name...)?
Yes! You can personalise your mouthguard however you like: colour, logo, name, number, or a design created with artificial intelligence and viewable in 3D.
We also accept JPEG, PNG or PDF image formats.
Boil-and-Bite Mouthguards
1. What is a boil-and-bite mouthguard?
A boil-and-bite mouthguard is a model you mould to your teeth yourself using heat.
It offers effective, well-fitted protection, ideal for athletes who want a quick, affordable and high-performing solution
2. From what age can you use a boil-and-bite mouthguard?
Our boil-and-bite mouthguards are suitable for adults and children aged 11 and over.
3. How do I mould it correctly?
- Heat some water (hot but not boiling, about 80 °C).
Dip the mouthguard in the water for 30 seconds.
Take it out, gently shake off the excess water and place it in your mouth.
Bite down firmly for 30 seconds so that it takes the shape of your teeth.
Leave it to cool at room temperature.
Your mouthguard is now ready to use!
4. What should I do if the moulding goes wrong?
Don't worry: our models can be remoulded.
You can remould them several times by simply repeating the process (hot water 30 s → mouth 30 s).
5. How long does a boil-and-bite mouthguard last?
The average lifespan is around 2 years, depending on how often it is used and how it is cared for.
Replace it as soon as you notice any deformation, loss of fit or visible wear
6. Are boil-and-bite mouthguards suitable if I wear braces?
✅ Yes, our boil-and-bite mouthguards can be used with braces.
They mould easily around the brackets and provide suitable protection.
Just make sure you follow the moulding instructions carefully and check the fit regularly
7. How do I care for a boil-and-bite mouthguard?
- Rinse it in cold water after each use.
Clean it gently with a toothbrush and mild toothpaste.
Let it dry and store it in its ventilated case.
⚠️ Do not use boiling water or leave it in the sun.
