Returns Policy

This policy sets out your rights of withdrawal and return for orders placed on proteksports.fr. It supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

A custom-fit product cannot be refunded

Mouthguards made from your dental impression are produced to your specifications. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal.

Mouthguards printed to order

Models printed after ordering (personalised design, text, logo, flag or collection pattern) are also excluded from the right of withdrawal: they are made to order according to the model you chose.

Products covered by the 14-day period

The plain Classic Boil-and-Bite Mouthguard, the dental impression kit, the putties, the case and the tablets can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been unsealed, moulded, used or worn. Return costs are at your expense. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Hygiene

A mouthguard, kit or putties that have been unsealed, moulded or worn cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons (Article L. 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code).

Defect, error or damaged parcel

This policy does not exclude the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect, non-conformity with the approved design, or a damaged or undelivered parcel, contact us: we will take the product back, exchange it or refund it, as appropriate.
