In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. and L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute that we have not resolved.
Before any mediation, contact us at contact@proteksports.fr or on 07 61 62 38 88 (Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm), stating your order number.
The contact details of the mediator used by PROTEKSPORTS will be published on this page as soon as we join a mediation scheme.
