How does it work?

Fourteen designs for contact sports

Browse the designs by sport and check the front, left and right views before choosing. The designs are applied to the boil-and-bite shape shown in the gallery.

Moulding at home following the instructions

The mouthguard is softened in hot water, then moulded to your teeth. Follow the temperature and times given; once cooled, it should stay in place without pain or constant pressure.

Ask your dentist or orthodontist for advice if you wear a brace or have a particular dental condition.
