Team order: kitting out a rugby club with mouthguards | Proteksports

Proteksports stand for equipping a rugby club with mouthguards

Kitting out a rugby club is not about multiplying individual orders. A team order lets you match colours, plan ahead for laboratory lead times and track impressions at the same pace. Here is how it works at Proteksports.

1. Get in touch with your squad in mind

A club official, coach or kit manager tells us the sport, the town, the number of players involved and the level of personalisation wanted (colour, logo, name). A first conversation is enough to frame the project. You can use the club offer form or call 07 61 62 38 88, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

2. Receive a tailored proposal

We prepare an offer based on the volume, the model (Classic or personalised) and how the impressions will be organised. The earlier the group is identified, the easier it is to plan manufacturing — generally 5 to 10 working days after each impression is approved.

3. Organise the impressions

Two options: an impression session at the club, where possible, or kits sent to the players. The kit is included with custom-fit models. Each player follows the instructions, sends a photo for approval, then returns the impression. A second attempt is still possible if the laboratory reports a defect.

4. Approve, make, deliver

Nothing is produced until the impression has been approved. Each mouthguard is then made in France from the player’s teeth, with the club’s colours or logo if you chose them. Tracked delivery is free from €39.

What we need to get started

  • the approximate number of players (seniors, youth players, substitutes);
  • the schedule (return to training, first match, tournament);
  • logo and colours if you want a team identity;
  • a single club contact for follow-up.

To choose the model by position or age, start with the rugby guide. The benefits of a club order and the timeline to keep before a rule change are covered in the articles benefits of a club order and preparing your squad.
