A Proteksports custom-fit mouthguard is made in the laboratory from each player's impression. In a club order, the process stays individual for the teeth, but collective for the organisation, the visual identity and the follow-up. That's what changes for a rugby coaching staff.

Colours, logo and player name

Depending on the model, you can match the club colours and add a logo, text or a name. The point isn't just cosmetic: an identifiable mouthguard (gum shield) is easier to find in the changing room and shows you belong to the team. Design comes after fit: a mouthguard that stays in place takes priority over the pattern.

Dental impression kit included, approval before production

The kit is included with custom-fit mouthguards. You don't add a separate accessory for each player. The impression photo is checked before manufacturing: this limits unnecessary back-and-forth and avoids producing a mouthguard from an unusable impression.

Made in France with a clear lead time

Each mouthguard is designed in our laboratory. Generally allow 5–10 working days after the impression is approved, plus the time to take the impression and return the kit. This lead time is easy to manage in a team order if the club starts the project several weeks before a run of matches, not the day before a home fixture.
